What is an OEM part?
OEM parts are original equipment parts — the same specification as fitted by the vehicle manufacturer. What is OEM parts buying in practice? You hand us your OE number, sample or drawing, and we reproduce the part to that exact standard, typically with a lower cost base.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means we build exactly to your reference — your OE number, sample or drawing. ODM means we design and engineer the part for you, including tooling and customisation. Many projects combine both: an OEM spec with ODM packaging and branding.
What is the minimum order for OEM/ODM?
Standard minimum is 500 units per SKU for OEM/ODM and private label. Smaller trial runs are possible after sample sign-off, subject to product type.
How long does OEM/ODM production take?
Typically 30-45 days including sample approval and QC, plus tooling time for new ODM projects. Tooling for new ODM projects adds lead time depending on complexity.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes — pre-production samples are built, tested and signed off by you before any bulk run. Nothing ships at volume until you approve the sample.
Can you do private label packaging?
Yes — your logo, barcode, manuals and carton printing on the finished part, with white-label or fully branded options.
